Glamaticus
Biography
Glamaticus is a composer and producer from Cape Town, South Africa. In the artist's own words, "My music aims to resurrect the exploration, restoration and manifestation of indigenous classical Afrikan knowledge and spiritual wisdom. The polyrythmic nature of traditional Afrikan spiritual systems is echoed in the multidimensionality and multivariance as manifest in Afrikan cosmology that is represented in the artistry of dance and music. For me, music is one significant way that I access and express ancestral memory. I give thanks to the great ancestral innergy of creation and to all engaged in this process."
